Purchase of rights in offices on the 9th floor at 1 Arava Street, Givat Shmuel

The undersigned hereby clarifies that they are not obligated to accept the highest offer or any other offer. The undersigned retain the right to initiate an auction or bidding process among bidders and/or engage in separate negotiations with each bidder. Additionally, the undersigned reserve the right to approve the purchase from any party they consider appropriate, to extend the deadline for receiving offers, to choose not to respond to any offer, or to cancel the selling procedure before transaction approval, all at their sole discretion.

It is explicitly stated that tender laws do not apply to this order. Furthermore, the owners will not bear any brokerage fees.
